Free No-Risk Returns Policy
Buying a mirror online is fantastically convenient, but what happens if you are not happy with your purchase? At DMO we believe in serving our customers to the best of our ability – offering you the best possible, risk-free service that we can. That’s why, we are pleased to offer all mainland UK customers a free returns service at NO COST to you. If you are not 100% happy and would like to return any items, we will collect them free of charge and refund them in full. All we ask is that you notify us within 3 days of delivery, and that the items are put back into its original packaging and resealed.
Of course, we accept returns after the 3-day period and up to 30 days after delivery, but these would need to be returned to us at your own cost.
